TBB conducted 300x60-minute one-on-one interviews with mid to senior-level employees that encouraged authenticity, vulnerability and candor.

Our lines of questioning established a level of comfort that led to common understanding and the uncovering of foundational insights. Citi then used these insights to create a truly sustainable, diversity-focused strategy and lasting change. The interview process was also very therapeutic for the employees, many of which had never had the opportunity to express their experiences and concerns.
