The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various types of Private Events ranging from art experiences, musical performances, educational and social events, to other client and private activations, etc. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction and successful event outcomes.

The HQ doorperson serves as the first touch point for private club members to enter and engage with events and activations at HQ DC House in Washington, DC. This person is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment into the member house. The doorperson is also responsible for security, ensuring and maintaining an inclusive and welcoming environment, and the overall comfort of members in the space.
